A group to discuss life, the universe and everything. Please come along whether you’re a fully paid-up believer, a total sceptic or anything in between.

Our informal meetings take place on the first Thursday of each month at the Heritage Centre, in the Old Latin School, Wye College, at 7.30pm. Refreshments are provided.

Wye Church is showing its commitment to tackling environmental issues by engaging with the  Eco-Congregation programme, which encourages us to consider environmental issues within a Christian context.

We meet quarterly to identify, develop and implement actions.

Wye Church Environmental Policy

FIG is a group run by women for women.  Our aim is to provide a relaxing hour out of our busy lives, once a month, for a bit of ‘me’ time and hopefully an opportunity to make new friends and catch up with  old ones.  There’s great coffee (or tea/orange juice if you prefer), tasty pastries and good conversation in a relaxed, informal and welcoming environment.  Cafe-style church!

We meet on Thursdays (except August), 9am-10am in Wye Church. Contact for more information.

Mid-week groups meet in Wye and Brook each week to enjoy fellowship and discipleship with each other. Please contact the church office for details of times and locations.

Wye Church Choir sings at the 10am service on the first three Sundays of each month, and at Choral Evensong on the fourth Sunday, as well as for weddings and funerals as required. Contact Mark Deller for more information.

Bell ringing practice takes place at Wye Church on Fridays at 7:30pm. Contact John Mansfield: 01233 812519.

More information is available about the organ and the bells at Wye Church.

We meet twice a month (excluding August):

  • 1st Thursday of the month at 3pm for a service in Wye Parish Church

  • 3rd Thursday of the month at 3pm for an open house at 36 Orchard Drive.

Contact Elizabeth Marriott: 01233 812651

Join us for an online confirmation/explorer's course, open to and equally appropriate for:

  • Adults who already know they want to get confirmed or baptised etc. and

  • People who are new to the Christian faith and want to know more,

  • People checking it out for the first time, and even

  • People who've been churchgoers for many years but who want to revisit or refresh their faith.

Contact the vicar for information on dates and times.
