CHILDREN'S CORNER
Sundays 10am at Wye Church

We have a dedicated children’s corner in Wye Church so we thought we would have the same on our website! This is where you’ll find information about child-friendly services, events and groups that are happening in the benefice each month.
The actual children’s corner is a carpeted area at the back of the church where you will find books, colouring pens, simple puzzles and toys. Older children will be invited to take an active role in the service such as reading the bible or carrying up the bread and wine for communion.

The fourth Sunday service, which has always been more informal and with lots of activities for children is now taking place at 11am. Hence its new name: Not the Ten O’Clock Service. This service does not take place in August.

This service has a more relaxed style and is suitable for people of all ages not just families with children. It includes crafts, modern music and some sort of food and delicious coffee* as well as bible reading, a talk and prayer.
The next Service is on Sunday 22nd March 2026. All are welcome to this very informal service and we greatly look forward to seeing you there and welcoming new faces, both young and old.
*As part of our effort to be eco-friendly we would encourage you to bring your own reusable cup for your coffee which we will be happy to fill with wonderful, fresh-brewed coffee!
BUMPS & BABIES
Thursdays during term time at 9.15am, Wye Church
Bumps & Babies is a group for under 1s and their grown ups. We can’t give you more sleep unfortunately but we have LOTS of coffee, and cake always helps. Thursdays during term time at 9.15am in Wye Church. Contact Beth Jirtle beth.jirtle@gmail.com for more information.
YOUTH GROUP
Wye Sheep? Youth Group meets on the 3rd Sunday of the month at Wye Church from 6.30 pm to 8 pm. All young people in school years 6-9 are welcome. Contact Jo Rall for more information Tel: 07905 919930
WYE AND BROOK FOREST CHURCH
UPDATE: Due to very low numbers over recent months, Forest Church is going to be paused. Thank you to those families who have been part of the journey of faith and fun. If anyone is willing to commit to being part of a team that could make it happen again (and it doesn’t have to be first Sundays at 10am) please do speak to Ravi or Clare 07890 082219.
