Jesus had a special place for children in His life. He welcomed them, blessed them and encouraged the adults to follow their example. Our work with children and young people is to help and nurture them in their growing faith - they in turn teach and encourage us.
The church has an enviable number of small children who participate in Sunday morning worship in a lively manner! And all children and young people are welcome to join the appropriate Sunday Club group each Sunday.
The Sunday Club operates every Sunday of the month except the 4th Sunday (Family Service), and apart from the school holidays. Crèches are provided on holiday Sundays, and for most benefice services, wherever they are held.
Everyone attends the first part of the service in Wye Church at 10am and then children and leaders move into their own groups. (If you are a parent of a ‘Sparkler’ aged child please feel free to attend with your child if this would make them more comfortable).
