Wye - Mission Links
Wye Parish Church has a long history of support for missionaries active elsewhere in the world. Many of them were members of our congregation before going to serve overseas, and we are proud and delighted that so many of our number − young and old − continue to offer themselves in this way. Wye PCC is committed to donating 10% of our income from voluntary giving to support mission outside the benefice.
The Mission Board at the back of Wye Church details those who we are currently supporting through prayer, encouragement and financial help. They include those serving in Africa, Asia, South America and Europe. We also have strong links with the Delhi Brotherhood (supported primarily through the Wye and Brook India Trust), Church Mission Society, Manna and Mission Aviation Fellowship.
