The Wye Ministry Leadership Team was set up by the Wye PCC in June 2009, during the interregnum, in order to promote a more collaborative approach to various aspects of ministry within the parish. The membership of the group, agreed by the PCC, is intended to be representative of the congregation in its diversity. There are regular meetings, chaired by the Vicar, which discuss local mission, pastoral issues, teaching, worship and the leading and maintenance of services. Members of the group help to lead services and are active in the life and running of the Church.
