The United Wye Benefice - Funerals
We hold funeral services in all the benefice churches.
Contact is usually made through a funeral director, however you may call any member of the Benefice staff.
Services of cremation are usually arranged through a funeral director who will liaise with a staff member of the benefice and the crematorium when deciding on a time. We offer the opportunity for burial of cremated remains within the churchyards of all eight parish churches for those who wish and have been resident in the parish concerned.
As well as being involved in the organisation of the service we would see ourselves as available for support in the time of bereavement both immediately after the death of a loved one and in the time afterwards.
